SHIPPING
Desert Trader ships Australia wide & Internationally for a flat fee of $10.00 AUS, via registered mail with Australia Post. Desert Trader orders are sent twice a week on Mondays & Fridays. Please allow up to 4 – 8 business days from date of shipment. Please ensure your details are entered correctly. If you require express post shipping please email us prior to placing your order at enquiries@deserttrader.com.au and we will do our very best to assist. Please note Desert Trader is not responsible for any postage delays.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Desert Trader would like our customers to feel confident when ordering jewellery from our site. We ensure that all sizing is correct and the photography is true to the product.
If you have made a purchase and would like to return your order - Desert Trader will be happy to provide an exchange on your order for another item from our website. Please note we are happy to provide an exchange provided the following conditions/procedures are met:
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
The item is unused and in its original packaging & condition
The item is returned within 14 days from date of being received
Please note if the item has been worn Desert Trader will not provide an exchange
RETURN PROCEDURES
To process your exchange please email enquiries@deserttrader.com with the information below:
Date of original purchase
Order reference number
List the item or items you would like to return
A brief description stating the reason for your return
List the item you wish to select for an exchange, including the size
Please note once we have received the above information we will be in touch with shipping instructions – all shipping costs to send the piece/pieces back to Desert Trader for an exchange are to be paid by the purchaser.
REFUNDS
Desert Trader does not provide refunds for change of mind. If you have received a product and it appears to be faulty please email us at enquiries@deserttrader.com.au and we will be in touch.
